Get involved in our community
With St Luke’s at the heart of the community, we aim to serve both our regular congregation and the wider parish through services for all ages, as well as musical, pastoral and social events. To provide the range of activities that we do, we rely on the time and energy of volunteers. St Luke’s is very fortunate in having many gifted people generously giving of their time and talents. We always welcome more participation particularly from those new to the church – forging new friendships and developing our faith are shared benefits for us all.
The voluntary roles vary – from helping bake cakes for one of our coffee mornings to being on a rota to help with our Sunday morning services. The good thing is no experience is necessary!
