Charitable Giving

Part of our commitment as Christians is to give to those in need. All churches in the Southwark Diocese, of which St Luke's parish is a part, contribute to a fund to pay for clergy and support projects across all Southwark parishes.

In addition, St Luke's makes charitable donations each year, equivalent to at least a tenth of the giving to the Diocesan fund. These donations currently amount to around £20,000 each year and are distributed to over 30 charities in the UK and abroad.  This initiative is organised by our Charitable Grants Committee chaired by Amanda Williams
